If any provision of the Terms shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be illegal, unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect and enforceable, but shall not affect any other term or provision of the Terms or invalidate or render unenforceable such term or provision in any other jurisdiction.</p> <p>
