We have signed a data processing agreement with Spectre Operations. Spectre Operations will only use the logs and any other information for troubleshooting the supplied services and for monitoring usage patterns for security purposes.</p>

A data processing agreement doesn't necessarily mean there are any confidentiality obligations. I'd suggest adding the line afterwards or changing the whole excerpt to it: "Spectre Operations will only use the logs and any other information for troubleshooting the supplied services and for monitoring usage patterns for security purposes."
