I personally find "commercially reasonable" to be a bit vague. I'm aware
that "reasonable" here is used in the very legal sense of the word, so
could someone maybe shed a bit of light on that? I've written a proposed
point below.
Title: Instagram keeps your content after termination for archival purposes
Topic: personal-data
Summary: When you delete or deactivate your account, Instangram may keep
your information for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes. They may keep
this information for a commercially reasonable time.
Score: 50 (mediocre)
