<ol> <li> Subscriber expressly agrees that the use of the Services, as well as the purchase, download, or use of any third-party service or product provided by or accessed through the Services, including, but not limited to the Protection Plan and/or Support App, is at Subscriber's sole risk and Subscriber acknowledges that the Services and these third party services, products and materials are provided "as is" and "as available" for Subscriber's use, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
