Miscellaneous <p>TaxAct shall have the right to immediately terminate your access to or use of the Services in the event of any activities which breach this Agreement or conduct which, in TaxAct's sole judgment, interferes with the operation or use of the Services (e.g., excessive usage of the Services which disrupts the use of the Services by other users) or your failure to consent to these terms, any updates or amendments to these terms, or other policies or terms, such as our Privacy Policy, related to the use of our services.
