All such Additional Agreements and Policies are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms.<br> 7. Respecting other People’s Rights.<br> Anedot respects the rights of others and so should you. You therefore shall not:<br> • violate or infringe someone else’s rights of publicity, privacy, copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right;<br> <br>• post anything that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, invasive of another’s privacy, tortious, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, offensive, profane, contains or depicts nudity, contains or depicts sexual activity, harassing, hateful, racially or ethnically offensive, or that encourages conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, gives rise to civil liability or violates any law, or is otherwise inappropriate as determined by Anedot in its sole discretion;<br> <br>• post anything that is false, misleading, untruthful or inaccurate or that includes anyone’s personal information.
