We do not screen content uploaded onto the SaaS Service, but we have the right (but not the obligation) in our sole discretion to refuse or remove any content that is available via the Service that we deem inappropriate, illegal, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene, or otherwise objectionable or violate any party’s Intellectual Property Rights or this Agreement. </li> <li>
