Following the recent decision of the Court of Justice of the European Union invalidating the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework and the opinion of the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (the “Swiss FDPIC”) regarding the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, Appcast will no longer rely on the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework or the Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, as applicable, for cross-border transfers of personal data until further notice.&nbsp.
