Controlling Law and Jurisdiction <p> These Terms of Service and any action related thereto will be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of laws provisions. The exclusive jurisdiction and venue of any action with respect to the subject matter of these Terms of Service will be the federal or state courts located in the Northern District of California and each of the parties hereto consents to the personal jurisdiction and venue in such courts.</p> <p> Any disputes that need to go to court, will have to go to court in California.
