Messages sent to the Client by e-mail or ticket system are considered delivered from the,moment it is sent by the Provider. The risk of not receiving the message / notification lies with the,Client, including in the case of an incorrect email address (email), refusal to read messages through,the ticket system, and in other cases. The Parties recognize the legal force of the texts of such,messages on a par with documents executed in simple written form.
