Customer is responsible for providing any consents and notices required to permit (a) Customer's use and receipt of the Controller Services and (b) Unity’s accessing, storing, and processing of data provided by Customer (including Personal Information or Personal Data, if applicable) under the DPA. Additionally, Customer agrees to obtain the consent of each principal to the Provision of Personal Data to a Third Party including those in a Foreign Country as contemplated under this DPA providing necessary information for the principal to give consent thereto, if and to the extent required under the Japanese Data Protection Laws.<ol> <li>Purpose of Use<strong>.</strong>
