These Terms will not be governed by the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Except as provided in Section 18 (Agreement to Arbitration), any legal suit, action or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted in either the state or federal courts of San Francisco, California, and we each consent to the personal jurisdiction of these courts.</p> <p>
