The Receiving Party agrees not to disclose the Disclosing Party’s Confidential Information to any third party without the Disclosing Party’s prior written consent, other than to the Receiving Party’s employees, agents and consultants who need to know such information to carry out the purposes contemplated by these Terms and who are bound in writing by restrictions regarding disclosure and use of such information comparable to and no less restrictive than those set forth herein.</p> <p>9.3.
