You agree ,that we have the right under this Agreement to delegate to Service Providers all the ,rights and performance obligations that we have under this Agreement, and that the ,Service Providers will be third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement and will be entitled ,to all the rights and protections that this Agreement provides to us. Navy Federal, in our ,sole discretion, reserves the right to change Bill Pay Service Providers.,The Service Providers are independent contractors for all purposes, except that they ,act as your agent with respect to the custody of your funds for the Service. The ,Service Providers do not have control of, or liability for, any products or services ,that are paid for with the Service.
