The receiving party agrees to make commercially reasonable efforts, but in no case less effort, than it uses to protect its own confidential information, to maintain the confidentiality of and to protect any proprietary interests of the disclosing party.</p> <p>11.2. The receiving party agrees not to disclose or dissipate the confidential information without prior express written consent from the other party in each instance.
