Linkfire is not liable for its failure to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement during any period in which performance is delayed by Customer or circumstances beyond Linkfire’s reasonable control.</p> <p>14.2. The parties are independent contractors and this Agreement does not create a partnership, franchise, joint venture, agency, fiduciary, or employment relationship between the parties.</p> <p>14.3.
