Neither party will use or disclose to any third party the other party’s Confidential Information except as necessary for the performance of this agreement or to enforce this agreement. The confidentiality obligations will not restrict either party from disclosing Confidential Information of the other party in accordance with a court order from a court of competent jurisdiction, on condition that the party required to make the disclosure gives reasonable advance written notice to the other party so that it may contest the order and if that disclosure is required, only discloses the part of the Confidential Information that its legal counsel advises is legally required.</p> <p>18.2  .
