During the term of this Agreement, and for five years subsequent to its termination, the parties shall treat as trade secrets and not disclose confidential information and material which by its nature must be regarded as trade secrets and which they gain awareness of or access to at the other party through this Agreement. Sanity understands and agrees that the Customer Data is considered confidential information and shall be treated as such.
