In addition, the recipient party shall limit the use of, and access to, Confidential Information only to the recipient party’s employees, agents, and contractors (i) who have a need-to-know to provide or use the Platform under this Agreement. (ii) who have been notified that such Confidential Information is confidential. and (iii) who are under binding obligations of confidentiality relating to the Confidential Information no less restrictive than those of this Agreement.
