Where a party complies with the interpretations set out in this Appendix, that party shall ,be deemed by the other party to have complied with its commitments under the Clauses. ,Clause 4(h) and 8: Disclosure of these Clauses,1.Data exporter agrees that these Clauses constitute data importer's Confidential Information as that ,term is defined in the Agreement and may not be disclosed by data exporter to any third party ,without data importer's prior written consent unless permittedpursuant to the Agreement.
