Recipient will use the same degree of care that it uses to protect the confidentiality of its own information of a like nature, but in no event less than reasonable care, (a) not to use Discloser’s Confidential Information for a purpose inconsistent with the activities contemplated under this Agreement, and (b) to limit access to Discloser’s Confidential Information to those of Recipient’s and its Affiliates’ employees, directors, contractors, advisors and auditors who need such access for activities contemplated under this Agreement and who are legally or contractually bound to protect the Confidential Information as provided in this section.
