The parties additionally agree to use such Confidential Information of the ,disclosing party only for the purpose of performing the party’s obligations of this Agreement. ,Further, the receiving party shall use the same degree of care it would use with respect to its own ,Confidential Information in order to prevent the unauthorized disclosure to a third party, but can in ,no event use less than reasonable care.
