The parties further acknowledge that, pursuant to the sub-processor’s confidentiality restrictions, data importer may be restricted from disclosing onward sub-processor agreement to data exporter. Notwithstanding this, the data importer shall use reasonable efforts to require any sub-processor to permit it to disclose the relevant sub-processors agreement to the data exporter.&nbsp. Data importer may remove or redact all commercial information, or clauses unrelated to the Standard Contractual Clauses or their equivalent.</p> <p> <strong>7.&nbsp.
