Subscription Services <p>Certain Services are provided by SparkFun on a subscription basis (“Subscription Services”). If a Customer places an order for Subscription Services, this section shall apply.</p> <p>In order to ensure that Customer does not experience an interruption or loss of Subscription Services, all Subscription Services are offered on automatic renewal. Except for reasons described below in this section, automatic renewal automatically renews the applicable Subscription Services upon expiration of the then current term for a renewal period equal in time to the most recent Subscription Services period.</p> <p>SparkFun will automatically renew the applicable Subscription Services when it comes up for renewal and will take payment from the payment method associated with the Subscription Services in Customer’s account or Customer’s designated backup payment method(s) on file with SparkFun. In automatically renewing Customer’s Subscription Services, SparkFun will first attempt to charge the payment method associated with the Subscription Services in Customer’s account.
