One Medical has partnered with MedStar Health, Inc. (“MedStar Health”) in Washington, D.C. Specifically, you agree to pay MedStar Health for all Medical Services and you authorize MedStar Health to submit claims for covered Medical Services to your health insurer or health plan. You assign or otherwise authorize payment of medical benefits to MedStar Health for the Medical Services provided to you or your Covered Family Member.
