For the avoidance of doubt, this Sub-section 10.3 is in addition to Section 5 of the Unity Terms of Service. With respect to the Parsec Offerings, Unity as well as its affiliate Parsec Cloud Inc., use Stripe, Inc. (and affiliates) as a third-party service provider for payment services (e.g., card acceptance, merchant settlement, and related services).
