Except where Rebuy has agreed to invoice Customer for the Service Fees (which shall be at Rebuy’s sole discretion), the Service Fees will be automatically billed and charged to Customer’s Payment Method (as defined below) by Rebuy’s third party payment processors (currently, Shopify and Stripe).
