,47.4If supplier performs maintenance servicesonline, client ,ensures, in due time, that a properly and appropriately secured ,infrastructure and network facilities are in place. ,47.5Client renders every assistance required by supplier forthe,maintenance services, which includes that client should,temporarily stop usingthe software and should makea backup ,of all data. ,47.6If maintenanceconcernssoftware that was not deliveredto ,client by supplier and if supplier believes this is necessary or ,appropriate in the context ofmaintenance, client makes the ,source code and the technical (development) documentation of ,the software, including data models, designs, change logs and ,the like, availableto supplier. Client guarantees that it is entitled ,to make thesource code and documentationavailable.
