You acknowledge and agree that, as part of the provision of the Services, we engage Sub-Processors in the European Economic Area, the United States, and other countries and territories to process Client Data, including, without limitation, Personal Data pursuant to the Agreement. Any third-party service providers utilized by LiveChat will only be given access to your Account(s) and Client Data as is reasonably necessary to provide the Services and will be subject to (a) confidentiality obligations that are commercially reasonable and substantially consistent with the Company standards, and (b) contractual arrangement with LiveChat binding Sub-Processor(s) to provide a not less protective level of data protection than that applicable to the Company.
