All FiveM servers are subject to the Cfx.re Platform Service Agreement in addition to any other terms set by Cfx.re.<br> The servers provided by Amethyst Hosting are not exclusively for FiveM and we sell the server to the specs of a FiveM server however it is not restricted to FiveM.<br> In regards to term 8 of the Cfx.re Platform Service Agreement, we do not sell the FiveM Server as a service, and only advertise the specification and a pre-installed FiveM Server.
