By using our Billpay Services, you acknowledge that (A) Truebill may engage third-party service providers to provide the Billpay Services. and (B) Truebill’s service providers may delegate portions of their obligations to other agents or subcontractors for purposes of providing or supporting certain features of the Billpay Services. You authorize Truebill and its service providers to access, use, transfer, and process such account data in order to provide the Billpay Services.</p>Payment Account Authorization<p>Truebill will facilitate payments that you direct through the Services electronically by (1) providing the information about the bank account, credit card, or debit card that you designate (the <strong>“Payment Account”</strong>) to process your payment.
