For Consumers, this shall not apply in relation to an approval or other permit for transportation.<br> 5.2<br> The Products and Services sold by cleverbridge and made available to the Customer electronically or physically may give the Customer access to technologies and Software which are subject to the export controls of the Federal Republic of Germany, the export controls of the United States of America or those of the countries in which the Products and Services are being marketed or in which they are being used. The Customer undertakes to observe these export controls.
