Because there currently isn't an industry or legal standard for recognizing or honoring DNT signals, we don't respond to them at this time.
eBay does not respond to Do Not Track signals, but provides a notice for their use of Cookies (http://pages.ebay.com/help/account/cookies-web-beacons.html)
