Customer's Personal Account Balance is to be increased by the amount of payments transferred by the Customer to Cryptouniverse as the advance payment for functions and services performed by Cryptouniverse in favor of the Customer, and to be decreased by the cost of functions and services selected, used and received by the Customer.</p> <p> <b>21.4.</b> <b>Bonus Balance</b>is a record in the Dashboard, which shows arrangements between the Contractor and the Customer regarding the service. Service Bonus Balance is to be added by Cryptouniverse based on promotional activities and transferring of compensation for breach of the service level.
