Furthermore, the User can also communicate with third parties via the Websites, upload and share photos, videos, games, music and other media content, post blogs and comments including rating games, other Users, third parties and transactions.</p> <p>1.2.4 The Games are Services provided by Bigpoint for the term of the contract comprising the provision of Game software for use in its respective form on the Bigpoint platforms or software of third parties.
