We shall have the right to employ the services of third parties in accordance with the respective legal provisions applicable to Jimdo for service provision and in accordance with the commissioned data processing contract.</p> <p> <strong>3.8</strong> In order to expand its service package, Jimdo may offer third-party services that can be integrated into the websites of Jimdo users. Type and scope of utilisation shall also be based on the respective general terms and conditions and the privacy statement of the third-party service provider to which we make separate reference. These third-party services shall be utilised at the risk of the user.
