WhereSailPointtransfers and otherwise ,Processes Customer PersonalInformationoutside of the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, including by ,any Sub-processor, SailPoint will ensure that such transfer is madein accordance with the ,requirements of Data Protection Laws, such as by entering into Model Clauses.,7.2Model Clauses.
