Where refunds are issued, Mobiblocks' issuance of a refund receipt is confirmation that Mobiblocks has submitted your refund to the Payment Method charged at the time of the original sale. You acknowledge and agree that the associated payment provider and/or individual issuing bank establish and regulate the time frames for posting your refund.
