The amount of the cash payment shall be determined by Company in its sole discretion. By cashing the check, you agree that you have been made whole and relinquish your rights to pursue any and all claims against the Covered Parties in connection with the subject Reward/check. Alternatively, we reserve the right to substitute a gift card for the Reward.
