If Licensee is a Consumer in the EU, where a Product supplied to Licensee causes damage to a device or to other digital content which, in either case, is owned by a Consumer (even where such Product is provided for free), Sophos will, in its sole discretion, either (i) at its own cost, repair the damage within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience to the Consumer, or (ii) compensate the Consumer for the damage with an appropriate payment.</p> <p> </p> <p>
