Flickr uses third party vendors to host and store any Media that you upload to Flickr through your use of the Flickr Pro Services. We may require our vendors to maintain certain standards with respect to your User Content, but SmugMug does not guarantee that your User Content will be secure and/or available at all times during the Subscription Term.
