2. Intercom Services<p>2.1. <strong>Services Overview. </strong>Intercom's Services are a suite of messaging software-as-a-service solutions offered through a single platform. The Services are designed to enable Customer to manage communications with People through the entire lifecycle of their relationship with Customer and to provide a Dashboard for accessing and managing Customer Data regarding those People. Customer may import and export Customer Data between the Services and certain Third-Party Platforms through supported integrations.
