We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice to you if:</p> <ol> <li>we believe that you have materially breached these Terms;</li> <li>we must do so in order to comply with applicable law; or</li> <li>immediate suspension or termination is necessary for security reasons and therefore we cannot provide notice.</li> </ol> <p>We may also terminate your Account if you have been inactive for over a year and you do not have a paid Account.
