The Provider may terminate the Contract ,without notice, in particular if:,a)the user has given false or incomplete information during ,registration and participation,,b)the user repeatedly breaches any other contractual obligations and ,fails to refrain from such breaches of obligation even after being ,requested to do so by the Provider.,8.10If the Provider has cancelled the Contract, the user shall have no claim for ,a new user account to be set up, including under another name or ,designation.
