Streamable users may report User Content to Streamable that he/she thinks violates these Terms, and Streamable may remove that Content, suspend or terminate the account of the user who posted, stored or otherwise made available User Content and/or take additional action to enforce these Terms against such user. </p> <p>Also, in accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable law, Streamable has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our discretion, account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers.
