<br> If you breach these Virtual Currency Terms or any other applicable terms, or if Konami suspects, at Konami’s sole discretion, fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity associated with your account, Konami may immediately (a) suspend or limit your access to the Virtual Currency in your account and may also suspend your access to the Application, or (b) terminate your account.
