Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Company or its Affiliates may refuse or revoke admission to the Event and may remove any person(s) from the Event who (a) are not in compliance with these Terms. (b) are engaging in disorderly conduct. or (c) are otherwise disrupting or detrimentally impacting the Event, other attendees, or Event personnel. Failure to comply with these Terms will automatically result in forfeiture of this license and all rights hereunder without refund (where applicable), in addition to any legal remedies which may be available to Company or its Affiliates under applicable law.</p> </li> <li> <p> <b>
