(C) any aspect of this Agreement is limited by law or third-party terms of service. (D) BillGO believes, in its reasonable discretion, that: (1) you breached or failed to comply with any term of this Agreement. or (2) you are, have been, or are likely to be involved in any fraudulent or unlawful activities. or (E) this Agreement expires or is terminated. This Section 11.3 does not limit any of BillGO’s other rights or remedies, whether at law, in equity, or under this Agreement. Failure to pay Fees when due constitutes a breach.
