15.1.2 By the User cancelling or otherwise terminating their Account through Drlogy.</p> <p>15.2 Deleting Drlogy does not constitute termination of this Agreement, although the Company may terminate this Agreement in the event it determines in its reasonable discretion that Drlogy has been deleted and the User's intention is to cancel or terminate their account and this Agreement.</p> <p>15.3 The User agrees and accepts that deletion of Drlogy may result in loss of data for which the Company is in no way liable.</p> <p>
