</ol> <ol> <li> <strong> <u>Termination.</u> </strong> </li> </ol> <p>(a) <u> <b>Cause</b> </u> Voices may immediately terminate this Agreement or, without limiting its other rights and remedies suspend, User’s access to the Services without notice upon the occurrence of any of the following events: (i) User fails to make any payments when due. (ii) User fails to comply with any provision of this Agreement (or if applicable any Services Agreement).
